These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Megapari (operated by Vdsoft & Script Development N.V., Curaçao licence 8048/JAZ) and all Indian players.
Account Rules and Verification
One account per person, household, and IP address is permitted. Megapari reserves the right to request identity documents at any time. Verification becomes mandatory when cumulative withdrawals exceed ₹2,00,000 or earlier if suspicious activity is detected.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Bonus Policy
All transactions must be made in Indian rupees or cryptocurrency. Players should use the same method for deposit and withdrawal whenever possible. Welcome bonuses carry 5× wagering (sports) or 35× (casino) requirements. Bonus abuse, including minimal-risk wagering patterns, will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
Betting Rules
Bets are accepted until the event starts unless live betting. Maximum payout per bet is ₹1,00,00,000. Obvious errors in odds (palpable errors) may lead to bet voiding at correct odds. Megapari follows official league results for settlement.
Prohibited Activities
Use of VPN to bypass restrictions, multi-accounting, bonus hunting through coordinated play, and any form of fraud will lead to immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
All players agree to gamble responsibly. Self-exclusion requests are binding and irreversible for the chosen period.
Changes to Terms
Megapari may update these terms with prior notice via email or site notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
